Leather up!

As Spring nears and the whether outside gets warmer we are all going to have to part with the safety of our oversized furs for fear of sweat patches on newly purchased neon silks and light cottons. As the temperatures are not yet in their 20’s the item to keep you warm in a still chilly breeze should be a great leather jacket. There are so many to choose from and as much as I wish I could buy the Burberry Prorsum studded biker jacket for me, and I’m sure for many others £3,995 is a bit out of reach. (unless someone wants to buy it for me of course) So I searched around the high street and found some great leathers for a lot less.

You may remember seeing this tan leather jacket £325 from Reiss, in my                      Reiss Spring/Summer wish list post. It’s so beautiful in my eyes I just wanted to                show it again. (click on image to shop online)

This is the Lisa Leather jacket £300 from French Connection. This would be perfect with on trend light pink denim skinnies, a loose white T and some ankle boots. (click on image to shop online)

This Black leather jacket is £165 from Topshop Boutique. The perfect item to give edge to a floral mini day dress. (click on image to shop online)

The Stanton Gilet £250 from All Saints. This slim fitted leather gilet is lined with 100% cotton and is the perfect addition to the classic jeans and t-shirt. Add some bright Vans to your outfit for a pop of colour and spring/summer is all yours. (click on image to shop online)

I love this black fringed cropped leather jacket, £140 from River Island. It’s shape is very similar to the Burberry Prorsum leather that I’ve mentioned countless times and the fringing hits right on trend for S/S11. This jacket is exclusive to the River Island online store so click on the image to shop.

Happy Shopping
